Hey guys.. so you're going to be seeing me every day for a while. I have gotten into a headspace where I am honestly overthinking every single video idea that I have ever had.. so much so that I am unable to film without freezing in my tracks. I talked to my therapist about something that she calls "morning pages" which essentially are where you brain dump your morning thoughts into 3 pages and it does not MATTER what they say. Essentially it allows the critical part of your brain to dump out what might be clogging things up and allows for some creativity to shine through when you are feeling stuck. I have been stuck for a WHILE and I thought I would use daily videos as a way to get out of my "overthinking" and use it as my "morning pages"
So here I am! I also want to get out of the unhealthy rut that I have been in by also setting a challenge for myself. 1) To upload every single day 2) drink 6 glasses of water a day 3) get some daily physical activity 4) stick to a healthy eating plan bonus if I can 5) wake up & get ready in the morning 6) be creative each day
