Today, we’re doing a massive $1,000 Costco Grocery Haul for our Family of 13 as we stock up on groceries for spring break.
I brought seven of my girls and my husband along as we headed to Costco to load up on food for the week. With a large family, grocery shopping is always a big trip — and today’s haul came to right around $1,000.
We’re also preparing for 10–20 inches of snow coming right after spring break, so we wanted to make sure the house was well stocked with plenty of groceries.
After Costco, we also stop by our local co-op to grab a few additional items to round out the week.

Simple Goat Cheese Dip 1 goat cheese log Drizzle olive oil pinch salt & herbs Mix together and serve with mini peppers or pretzels.
