Here’s another grocery haul, but this one is for my guys 💙
Hailey and I are heading out on a little road trip, so I have been really, really busy getting the house cleaned, finishing all the laundry, meal planning, and making sure everything is ready before we leave.
I had to run to the grocery store because I wanted to make sure I had at least a couple of dinners ready for the guys while I’m gone. I picked up all their favorites because, let’s be honest, they like their snacks 😆 Chips and dip for late nights, nacho cheese that Josh loves, quesadilla fixings, and everything I need to make their favorite chicken salad. I’m making a huge batch so they can snack on it for a few days.
I’m also making a pizza casserole, which is one of my kids’ favorite meals from when they were little. It was always one of those budget-friendly dinners I could throw together, and everyone loved it. I’ll be sharing that recipe/video with you soon!
I didn’t get much produce because my husband mostly likes apples and bananas, and I know they probably won’t eat much while I’m gone 🤣 They also requested pizzas they can just throw in the oven at night, so I think they are pretty well set for lunches and dinners.
Before we head out, I made Josh a little list since he’ll be taking care of the farm while Hailey and I are gone. Just trying to make sure all my ducks are in a row before we leave!
