Grocery haul day! Let’s get some healthy food. Before I hit the grocery store I make sure I have a list so I don’t wander around the grocery store
at the grocery store: I start in the produce section. This is 80% of my grocery haul
I'm shooting for variety. this is a Grocery haul for about 1 week
most of the grocery store I don’t even look at. If I have junk food at home, it’s getting eaten but at the store I can make these decisions consistently. The problem areas of the store are not even in my reality
this is an example of my weekly grocery haul, you have to personalize. take what works for you and ignore the rest
