Homemade Protein Powder Recipe - 1 cup oats - 1/2 cup chia seeds - 1/2 cup hemp seeds - 1/4 cups cashews Grind ingredients in a food processor until a powder is formed store in an airtight container (Add 2-3 TBS to your favorite smoothie recipe)
Coconut Mango Chia Pudding Recipe - 4 TBS of Chia seeds - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk - 1/2 cup almond or plant milk - 1 cup diced mangos - 2-3 TBS agave or maple syrup (add more or less depending on your preferred sweetness level) Mix ingredients very well, let them sit for a couple of minutes and mix again Store in a mason jar and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Top with granola and coconut flakes before serving! :)
